Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good moments. The location was fantastic, close to the river and tourist attractions like the Titanic Quarter. The room, although a bit small, was lovely and spacious once sorted out, even though I had to wait for the beds to be separated. The service was decent, offering room service and housekeeping, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The dining experience was good, with homemade cakes but also a bit overpriced for one person. However, there were some cleanliness issues and a disappointment with the handling of the fresh bread. Facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary stood out.
The hotel was situated in a prime location, a short walk to the main areas and towards the Titanic quarter. The rooms had nice views, were quiet at night, but unfortunately, mine was very dirty and not fully equipped. However, the service was exceptional with prompt room cleaning upon request. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, though a little bit isolated in parts. The dining experience provided freshly made scrambled eggs, although the standard full Irish breakfast was just okay. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but there was a need for more coat hangers in the room.
The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from many places, offering lovely views of the river from the comfortable and nicely decorated rooms.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially the ones with a view, were worth the extra cost, though I would have preferred facing the harbor instead of a car park. The location is convenient for exploring the city, but the dining options could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms offered a very nice view of the river and the Titanic building, they were a good size, and had good facilities. However, there was a building site nearby that slightly spoiled the surroundings.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a great overall stay, but room cleaning timing can be improved. The service is efficient with various amenities available. The location is very convenient for exploring the city, although not in the city center. The dining experience is pleasant with a nice selection of breakfast options. Overall, a good value for money stay.
